  • With a local rate service the loved one in prison is still charged the statutory prison charge for calling a home phone landline. In most prisons this fee is 10ppm.
  • With Freephone to Mobile/Landline service the caller from prison is not charged for calls to this number.
  • With PAYG your charges will be deducted from your top up credit you added to your account via our website.
  • Important - if you do not use or top-up the service for 120 days we reserve the right to re-cycle the numbers into stock
