  • You order a NEW Freephone number
  • You tell us where to point the number.
  • We add 10 minutes of credit.
  • Your loved one adds that number to their PIN - If the prison allows the freephone number you Top-Up and we deliver calls on their freephone number to your mobile or landline.
  • If they don't allow it then we delete the Freephone service...no cost to you! - we'll then give you an 01/02 number with our usual 01/02 rates.
  • Important - if you do not use or top-up the service for 120 days we reserve the right to re-cycle the numbers into stock
